What is a ssf file and how do I open a ssf file?
Files with the SSF extension are used by Trimble GIS mapping software applications, which are used with GPS devices to collect field data. They contain GPS position data recorded from a Trimble device, and are used to log GPS data and create custom coordinate systems. Corrected SSF files use the COR file extension.
