What is a cas file and how do I open a cas file?
CAS is a license file used by Autodesk products like AutoCAD and Revit. It contains information that validates a purchased software copy, and is used in a cascading license setup, where a network installation of the software can be used by multiple networked computers. CAS files can potentially become corrupt if the computer unexpectedly crashes, denying access to the software.
