BDR is a file containing the body of an email non-delivery report. It contains information about why an email was not delivered; includes the error code, message sender, and message recipients.

A BDR file is a Publishers Borders file created by Microsoft and a part of Microsoft office suite which creates materials and documents.  The features include multiple patterns and pre-designed borders that can be accessed and applied to create publications like postcards, flyers, newsletters, brochures, catalogues, marketing materials, email and websites that contain graphics and text.  Microsoft Publisher contains 160 borders and stored in 15 BDR Files and found in the Border folders. More emphasis is focused on designing and page layout that allows users to create anything that comes into mind.  Publisher is packaged in high-end Microsoft Office editions and is catered to companies who don’t have employees that are design professionals in graphic materials and documents.  Microsoft Publisher 2010 is the latest version that was released and includes the new ribbon interface.  Though less expensive in terms of what it offers to companies who use various media in their marketing materials, it is considered as an added feature in every Microsoft office edition being offered.
