What is a qsd file and how do I open a qsd file?
The Quicken Data File is stored in the QSD format and is affixed with the QRP extension, and is used by the Quicken software. These QSD files contain financial data or a collection of Quicken accounts, which can be backed up along with .QDF, .QPH, and .QEL files. These back up files are found in Quicken 2004 and earlier versions. Quicken data files can be located in the following directories depending on the Quicken version being used. These files can be C:QuickenW or C:Program FilesQuickenW or C:Program FilesIntuitQuicken. The Intuit Quicken Essentials for Mac software can be used in Mac operating systems to access and run the content stored in these QSD files. The Intuit Quicken software can be used in Microsoft Windows based systems to access and run the abovementioned files. Some files that were used in the older versions of Quicken may still be converted and updated by installing more recent Quicken versions first before going to the newest or up to date version
