What is a lis file and how do I open a lis file?

The LIS file extension is used for an SQR Output File, which is also called a Structured Query Report file.  It is a programming language that is a combination of procedural logic, SQL (Structured Query Logic) and freedom of multiple platform development.  It is cross-platform and works well with server and client.
